With money from California’s Proposition 10 tobacco tax we pay for Every Child Counts, a program that supports health, development and well-being of our youngest children through their first five years.
Every Child Counts nurtures kids:
- In their homes through family support services
- In child care by improving the quality of early care and education
- In the community by funding community grants, working with schools, pediatricians, colleges and other community projects
